On March 22^nd, the CMS Group hosted the NPL 11º Iberian Forum 2023 at which Servdebt was present as a Gold Sponsor and as a speaker.

The event gathered 50 panellists, throughout the day, to discuss the main topics related to the present and future of the NPL Market in Spain, as well as to comment on the numerous opportunities that are rising and how are they prepared to board them.

Rafael Paim, our Head of Underwriting, took part in the debate “La industria de NPLs en España. Una mirada de los servicers sobre un mercado en evolución” (in english: The NPL industry in Spain: A servicers' view of an evolving market) which sought to address how has the management of NPL portfolios evolved in recent years, and what are the expectations in the short and medium term and how to measure risk in this new scenarios, as well where how do they foresee major opportunities?

This 11^th edition attracted 430 delegates, from 183 companies, including investors, law firms, banks, advisors, fund managers and debt collection agencies in the market.
